The first meeting of the participants in the European project “Skills Enrichment for Adaptive Leadership in the New Reality”, approved by the European Commission, took place at the Warsaw University of Technology.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the Warsaw University of Technology, the International Balkan University (North Macedonia), the Baltic International Academy, Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design, the Institute of Social and Economic Initiatives (Ukraine), Mingachevir State University (Azerbaijan) and Kyiv Education, Training and Youth Centre.
Our academy was represented by the Rector, Associate Professor of the BIA Vladislav Volkov. He noted that the fruitful discussions among participants of the project confirmed its topicality, as the development of adaptive leadership involves emotional intelligence, the ability to analyse and assess situations from various perspectives and implies continuous learning and experimentation. The ideas of this new project will undoubtedly be reflected in the improvement of study processes at European higher education institutions.
The participants became acquainted with the specifics of academic and scientific activities at the Warsaw University of Technology and were invited to visit the Sejm of Poland.
