The BSA Career Centre is where education, career development and the labour market come together.
Our aim is to support BSA students and graduates in successfully entering the labour market, developing their professional competences, making informed career choices and shaping their professional paths.
At the same time, the Career Centre builds and develops partnerships with companies, employers, industry organisations, non-governmental organisations and international partners, strengthening the connection between higher education and the world of work.
What does the Career Centre offer?
For students and graduates
The Career Centre offers:
- individual and group career counselling;
- support in career planning and defining professional goals;
- advice on job-search strategies and labour market requirements;
- information on internship and employment opportunities;
- seminars, workshops, guest lectures and other career development events;
- opportunities to develop transversal, digital and intercultural skills;
- meetings with employers, company representatives and industry professionals;
- opportunities to participate in local and international projects and initiatives.
For employers and partners
The BSA Career Centre welcomes partnerships with companies, organisations and professional associations.
We invite our partners to:
- offer internship and job opportunities to students;
- participate in guest lectures, seminars, discussions and career events;
- share professional experience and industry insights;
- engage in student projects with a practical focus and other professional development initiatives;
- contribute to the development of joint projects and events;

The Career Centre works closely with the BSA Student Parliament, BSA study programme directors and other units within the Academy, as well as with employers, companies, non-governmental organisations, partners abroad and international organisations.
