The
ECL Certificate is a European Union document that certifies a foreign language proficiency level. This certificate is recognized by all EU member states and therefore can be used for work and study abroad purposes. Students, wishing to participate in the ERASMUS exchange program, must take this examination and obtain at least B1 language proficiency level.
Anyone can fill-in the
application form and take the ECL certification examination in English, German, Spanish or Russian at the Baltic International Academy Foreign Language Centre and ECL Certification.
